Rm35 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using rm35's services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out below.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the rm35 platform at rm35.app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with all related policies including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy.
Continued use of this platform following any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the rm35 platform immediately.
The rm35 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Minors are prohibited from registering or using any services provided by rm35.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to register only one account on the rm35 platform. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. rm35 reserves the right to request identity verification at any stage, including copies of valid identification documents. Inaccurate or false information may result in your account being terminated.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. rm35 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your account information. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact the rm35 support team immediately.
Account Suspension & Closure
Rm35 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances: violation of any stated terms; suspicious or fraudulent activity; attempts to manipulate the gaming system; or if false information was provided during registration. Any balance in an account closed due to fraud or a terms violation may be forfeited.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As an rm35 user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. Using the platform for illegal activities, fraud, money laundering, or any purpose that violates Malaysian law is strictly prohibited.
You are not permitted to use any automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools designed to manipulate or exploit the rm35 gaming system. Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the platform is also a serious violation of these terms.
Users may not share their account with another individual, transfer their account to a third party, or use someone else's account. Each account is exclusively for the registered owner.
Rm35 reserves the right to monitor account activity for fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and platform security purposes. By using this platform, you consent to such monitoring.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the rm35 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). rm35 supports a variety of local payment methods, including online bank transfers and e-wallets such as Boost and Touch 'n Go eWallet. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to minimum limits that may change from time to time.
Deposits are typically credited to your account shortly after payment is confirmed. However, rm35 is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties, including banks or e-wallet service providers.
For withdrawals, rm35 reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for amounts exceeding certain thresholds. This process is conducted to comply with anti-money laundering legal requirements. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name.
Rm35 is not responsible for any taxes or financial obligations that may be incurred by users as a result of winnings or transactions made on this platform. Users are solely responsible for complying with their personal tax obligations under applicable Malaysian law.

Rm35 provides its platform on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or continuous availability. rm35 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use this platform, including service interruptions, technical errors, or data loss.
Rm35's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the rm35 platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other materials, is the exclusive property of rm35 and is protected by applicable copyright law. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent from rm35.

Changes to Terms & Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from these terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
